Please read these terms carefully before using the platform — this is a legal agreement between you and ha99.

Account Registration & Management

2.2 Account Security

- You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
2.3 Account Closure & Suspension
ha99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, breach of eligibility requirements, suspicion of illegal transactions or money laundering, or violation of any clause of these terms. In such cases, any remaining balance in the account may be returned subject to verification.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ha99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits or withdrawals by any method other than those approved by ha99 are not accepted.
3.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Please ensure you use the correct amount and the provided reference number when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits must come from your own registered payment account.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions apply to withdrawal processing:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New account holders at ha99 can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total of ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the total balance. For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Bonus offers must be used honestly. The following activities may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:
- Claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.
- Using coordinated betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
- Collecting bonuses using third-party information or payment methods.
ha99 reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Gaming Rules
All games on ha99 are operated according to defined rules. The specific rules for each game can be found in that game's information section. If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, ha99 reserves the right to void that bet and, where applicable, return the stake.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to sports betting:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will also be considered void and the stake will be returned.
- If a match ends before the scheduled time due to an over or any other reason, the official result from the relevant sports authority will be accepted.
- Odds displayed in the system may change before they are confirmed.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
- Betting using software bots or automated systems.
- Attempting to influence the game system through fraudulent means.
- Harming the system through collusion or coordinated betting strategies.
VIP & Rewards Programme
6.1 VIP Tier Details
ha99's VIP programme has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
6.2 VIP Tier Progression
Through regular and active gaming, you can advance to higher VIP tiers. The benefits of each tier are automatically reflected in your account. ha99 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme at any time, and users will be notified of any changes.
